Flashback: A Series Of Tubes

No, not the Internet, as understood by an octogenarian Senator, but an actual series of tubes. Those of us who were Windows users around the turn of the century will remember this series of tubes:
Our actual series of tubes has been taking shape over the last couple of weeks. We’ve got most of the kitchen and brewery drains roughed in; next we shift into the taproom/bar area in the next week or so.
We also set in place the first piece of brewery-specific hardware- our trench drain:
That feels like a milestone. We should have the official OK on our health department and building department applications on Monday, so the pace of construction will be shifting to ‘hair on fire’ in the coming weeks.
