Freundschaft, Revisited

In November I got together with our friends at Drafting Table in Wixom to brew another batch of Freundschaft Dunkel with Aaron, Nate, and Alexio. In January, I headed back over for packaging. Lager beer, and particularly German style lager beer, is near and dear to Aaron’s (and my) heart; their number one selling beer, Professional Pils, being Exhibit A. We tweaked the recipe a bit from last time, bumping up the percentage of dark Munich malt a bit, and it is aromatic, toasty, and delicious. Get some while it lasts.
