Milestone

I’d say this qualifies as a milestone- we moved our brewhouse equipment in. I’ll probably grunt and curse when inevitably I have to move all of it around during construction, but then I’ll remind myself that we’re saving the not-insignificant monthly storage fee, and it’ll be OK. Plus, I can fondle it every day, and do some of the modifications and upgrades I have planned. I can install Audrey, too! I don’t mind admitting, I’m pretty freakin’ stoked.
It was a year ago in February that I disassembled all of this to ship home from Long Island. I sure hope I remember how to reassemble it into a working brewery….
